We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the beautiful center of Gelnhausen was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to explore the old town square and enjoy some fantastic restaurants and bakeries just steps away from the hotel. The range of shops near the hotel was also a great bonus, making shopping a breeze. The staff here were incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and even assisted with carrying our suitcase upstairs. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Located a short walk from the railway station, this hotel offers a charming atmosphere in the historic center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room is spacious and well-equipped, boasting modern facilities including high-tech TV and iPod access. the bathroom is clean and modern, while the breakfast room encourages socializing with other guests.
The lack of lift and numerous stairs make it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the railway station and right on one of the old town squares. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was helpful and eager to please. The breakfast was lovely, and they cooked fresh eggs for me. it was a fantastic experience.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel. The parking was a bit challenging, but the hotel staff helped me out and allowed me to park in front of the hotel.

Located in the heart of a beautiful town with a perfect location for exploring lush greenery and shopping. The hotel provides creative solutions for parking challenges in the center of the city. The bedroom is fully equipped with a modern bathroom and high-tech TV, and the cosy breakfast room invites guests to mingle, share experiences, and taste delicious German-style breakfast.
The check-in service was not the warmest and the complete absence of a lift was challenging when carrying heavy suitcases, but staff quickly offered to help.
